Begin with what brought you here.

You do not need to arrive with a polished brief or a final answer. Tell me what you are considering, what matters to you and why this feels like the right conversation to begin.

Choose a starting point

01

Private coaching

If someone suggested we should speak, begin there.

Most private coaching relationships begin through a personal referral or introduction.

Tell me who connected us and what you hope to change, return to or preserve. If no one introduced us, simply tell me how you found my work. You do not need to know exactly what the work should look like. The first conversation helps us understand whether there is a useful place to begin.

Useful context to include

  • Who connected us, or how you found my work
  • What you hope to change, return to or preserve
  • Where you are based
Introduce yourself

02

Speaking & bespoke workshops

Tell me about the room.

A useful engagement begins with the audience and what should remain with them.

For speaking, share the organization or event, audience, proposed format, date and location, along with the central question you would like the engagement to address. For a bespoke workshop, include what you hope participants will understand, practise or approach differently.

Useful context to include

  • Organization or event and audience
  • Preferred format, date and location
  • The intended outcome or central question

03

A considered collaboration

Some ideas begin before the category is obvious.

Not every worthwhile conversation fits neatly into coaching or speaking.

If you are exploring an aligned project, a question related to wellness hospitality or another area of my work, tell me what you are considering and why the conversation feels relevant. I value clear context more than a polished proposal.

Useful context to include

  • What you are exploring
  • Why you believe the conversation may be useful
  • What you hope we might consider together
Share what you’re exploring

The first conversation does not need to solve everything. It needs to help us understand whether there is a meaningful place to begin.

A few clear details are enough.

Choose what brought you here. I’ll use your answers only to understand the inquiry and reply.
