Apply enough force to anything and it WILL bend or BREAK, because physics is still a very real thing. Avoiding movement isn't the answer. To hone, cure from within and strengthen ourselves against such possibilities is really our only reasonable solution.
In this world of exercise and fitness, many of us struggle to understand the difference between a viable frequency and a useless noise. Many of us, wrongly believe that to achieve great fitness results, or that we can not achieve good fitness results without going to extremes. We should never forget that nature is oposed to extremes, and will fight to her death to maintain balance.
